The compact steering wheel, head-up display, 9.7’’ touchscreen and central dashboard offer passengers and drivers a top-quality, incomparably enjoyable experience.
Each interior element fits perfectly into the cockpit: very few buttons are visible, the touchscreen is an integrated high-tech panel, and the volume controls reflect its high-end character. The dashboard, which is fully covered in foamed plastic, and the satin chrome and glossy black trim reflect the careful attention to detail.
A glass panoramic roofi enhances light levels in the cockpit and the well-being of the driver and passengers. For increased comfort in sunny conditions, the new Peugeot 308 boasts an innovative new finely-perforated canopy which filters 95% of the exterior light.
On board the new Peugeot 308, the driver has a large 9.7" touchscreen tablet turned towards the driver and is perfectly integrated into the central dashboard. It provides fingertip access to all features. Touchscreen controls and many shortcuts make it intuitive to use and customisable.
The smaller steering wheel on the new Peugeot 308 invites you to take to the road. Its reduced diameter makes it easier to handle and increases driving pleasure. The style of the natural, tactile grip steps up from level 2, with a Nappe leather finish and stitching.
Carefully designed, the instrument panel combines a high-tech feel and timepiece-style elegance. On start up, the finely crafted needles sweep in symmetrical arcs, and luminous gauges catch the eye. Thanks to the panel's heads-up position, the driver never has to take his or her eyes off the road to check vehicle information, enhancing driving comfort and safety.
The new Peugeot 308 offers one of the most generous boot volumes in the segment. Very practical and roomy, with its parallelepiped shape, it has a total volume of 420 dm3 VDA, equating to 470 litres.

Touch screen
The touchscreen on the new Peugeot 308 is designed to be compatible with a range of devices, with jack and USB connections available.
Select using album covers, design your own playlist, and store your favourite music: the touchscreen has 6.9 GB of storage with the Navigation option. Choosing which song to listen to next will be the most difficult task …
No need to return home to view your photos: display them when you park by connecting a USB stick to your touchscreen. Depending on the country, it offers DAB as standard or optional: digital radio provides better sound quality, reception and new features (rewind, pause, etc.).
Denon Hifi
Resulting from close collaboration between Peugeot and Denon, the new Denon HIFI system on board the 308 is a bespoke technological achievement, including 8 speakers, a bass woofer and digital amplifier. The choice of 2 sound distribution pre-sets and 5 equalizer pre-sets gives the driver and passengers powerful, precise and natural sound.
The large touchscreen on the new Peugeot 308 allows the driver to take full advantage of Peugeot Connect Apps, which provides access to useful applications specially designed to simplify the driving experience: ViaMichelin traffic information, nearby car park information, cheapest service stations, weather, Michelin guides, etc.
Peugeot Connect Apps also has the new Coyote Community Driving Assistant. Finally, the MultiApps function makes it even easier to use, by simultaneously displaying the key information from all 4 applications on a single screen. For increased safety, you are advised to use these apps when the vehicle is stationery.
